This session explores the potential of Large Language Models to act as a search/discovery layer to improve your website’s user experience. Despite their incredible potential, today’s LLM-based chatbots can often fall short of expectations or go off the rails. We’ll dive into the limitations of current LLM chatbots, and then explore techniques to improve their usefulness and effectiveness in retrieving web content.
