Process problems: How workflows keep you stuck in a PDF cycle

HighEdWeb 2024 Accessibility Summit: July 30 online

A website isn’t a filing cabinet, but somehow yours has become a PDF repository. No one sets out to build a digital monument to the PDF. How did this happen?

We all know that HTML text is best for website content. But PDFs are easy to create and upload, and many internal workflows are reliant on them. In this talk, you’ll learn about common workflows and processes that keep your organization locked in the PDF cycle, and discover ways to improve them. With a little planning and some elbow grease, you can solve your PDF problems.
