The moment you can’t unsee it

Many accessibility professionals can point to a moment when accessibility became real. It might have been watching someone use a screen reader, seeing a keyboard user struggle to complete a task or realizing that a barrier was caused by a design or development decision rather than a technical limitation.

This poster explores the moments that change how we think about accessibility and why, once awareness begins, it becomes impossible to ignore the barriers others face.

Through personal stories and common experiences, it highlights how curiosity can grow into advocacy and lasting accessibility practice.
