In this session, I’ll make the case for the extreme benefits of hiring graduate students in web and marketing offices. We’ll cover the process I take every graduate student through to set them up for success in our office and beyond, from job market research to crafting bespoke work responsibilities to the custom knowledge stack I take each one through. We’ll discuss the yearly rhythms as well as expectations and outcomes. Finally, we’ll talk about some of the practical benefits of this experience, not only to the student but also to the supervisor and the office as a whole.
